About BroCity

BroCity was founded by Jorey Winmill in 2020. We build from the ground up: groundwork and excavation, concrete and foundations, decks and handrails, framing and sheathing, new homes and multifamily, and agricultural and dairy buildings.

Jorey grew up in Rupert, where his father owned and operated a construction company for more than 30 years. He started BroCity with a welding business in Portland, then came home to add construction. Grounded in Idaho roots, a farm-boy work ethic, and a commitment to honest work, we bring quality craftsmanship and clear communication to every project.
